This Site is owned and operated by St Margaret Clitherow School PTA (SMC PTA).

Please read this carefully. By accessing the Site (the "Site") you are agreeing to the terms that appear below, whether or not you register as a user. SMC PTA may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. The terms "You" and "User" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing the Site for any reason. 

Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Any other use requires the prior written permission of SMC PTA. You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the material contained in this Site or use it for any other purpose other than for your personal non-commercial use. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this Site by any third party. All Material is the property of SMC PTA or its content suppliers. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of SMC PTA and protected by copyright laws. You must retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy you make of the Material. The use of the Material on any other web Site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. You shall not copy or adapt the HTML code that SMC PTA creates to generate its pages. It is also protected by SMC PTA's copyright. 

The following uses are prohibited: posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate details (living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf). Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity. 

If you have a password allowing access to a non-public area of the Site, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorised purpose. 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site other than the search engine and search agents available from SMC PTA on the Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer).
